Everything went smoothly & quickly with the whole process of purchasing this car. My wife left with a extremely low mileage (22 miles) clean car & full tank of gas obtained for a very reasonable price. To say we are extremely satisfied may be an understatement. The men who helped me with this process are to be commended. It would be my personal pleasure to deal with them again. Thank you! More

Great experience I really liked the Hyundai sales staff. They were very friendly. Michael Murphy, my salesmen, listened to everything I said, and responded based off o I really liked the Hyundai sales staff. They were very friendly. Michael Murphy, my salesmen, listened to everything I said, and responded based off of what I was saying, not based off of what he wanted/needed to sell. This was refreshing. He was very down to earth, and I will definitely recommend anyone in the market for a car to go see him. The finance people went out of their way to make sure I got the best deal possible. I had a potential issue come up several days after getting my car, and I had to talk to a different manager (located at a different building, but same auto mall (may have been named Mark)) and he was very clear and I could tell he went as far as possible to make sure everything worked out correctly. He is an incredibly patient manager, and even though sometimes customers can be jerks, its nice to see somebody who remains calm when others are stressed out. I could take a page out of that book... But either way, there was no harm done in the end, I got the car I wanted, and they gave me an INCREDIBLE amount towards my trade. I could not be happier. I never thought I would get out from underwater as successfully as I did. SUPER. HAPPY. I would highly recommend this group to anyone... One side note- I walked over to Kerry Nissan, and was greeted by a young, short guy with blond hair named Robert. I let him know the car I wanted, the price I wanted it for, and wanted to see if a comparable car could be had for the same price. He informed me that I was just wrong, and that I could not get the car I wanted for the price I mentioned in the first place, and I certainly couldn't get the comparable car for that either. I let him know the breakdown of why I said the price I did, and he again informed me this just wasn't possible, and so I left to go over to the Hyundai side. 20 minutes later I get a text, from Robert (I had preapplied for the loan on Kerry Hyundai, and made that clear during our short conversation, so he was able to look me up) and it says "we'll do (your original requested price)on (comparable car)". it was the exact same price I told him I wanted to pay in the first place. The reason I am saying this is because that know-it-all type of attitude, followed by a "we can do it...come back" text is bad for the integrity of the business. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience with Kerry Hyundai. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new Hyundai or Genesis More

I have always hated having to purchase an auto because of they way the dealers play with "what can you afford" payment wise and we will give you the worst deal you will accept based on that information. Sales We had been working with internet department and Avery which he was helpful but as far as rest of dealership goes it was like any other one just tryin We had been working with internet department and Avery which he was helpful but as far as rest of dealership goes it was like any other one just trying to pull you in the door love about 40 mins away and was up front on trying to get approved before hand so I didn't waste there time then I go in after working with them for four days and being told come in got you approved on the used car you wanted so go in greeted by another sales person and told Avery not there and he's just going to take us and not worried about him so we get inside and tell him every thing and all he was doing the whole time is running credit again after we already told him they just ran it two days before so the manager must not pay attention either cause they go and run it again just to say oh we can't do any thing long story short it's not about being mad about not getting approved it's the way it was taken care of and how they do business awful service Avery find you a new dealership and become top sales that place is a joke More
