Extremely Upset This was the WORST experience EVER trying to purchase a vehicle. My trade-in is STILL not paid off because Dealer has never added MY Credit Union as the Lein Holder on the Title work. I am facing the possibility of having a payment taken out of my check for my "Trade-in" from Kemba Credit Union AND a payment coming out of my check for the NEW vehicle from MY Credit Union due to the incompetence of this Dealership. I am VERY unhappy and want SOMEONE to contact me and get this straightened out! More

Very poor communication and follow-up I was first sold a car the dealer did not possess and this delayed the purchase. The car was missing one minor item and was promised oil changes, but have received neither so far. They said they tried to contact me but I have no phone record, messages, or emails from them yet I do still receive all from other people, curious. More
