Very poor customer service I would love to tell you specific but not in 15. This store initially told me it would take till march for me to get a tire change. Then I was sent from the service departme specific but not in 15. This store initially told me it would take till march for me to get a tire change. Then I was sent from the service department to the sales to see if my tire was covered. No one for sales call me back but someone from service did to tell it wasn’t coved and sales could not have helped me. They finally said that they could get me a new tire while I was getting oil I change and tire rotation. I had to drop off the Car the night before due to work. Then the lady called to tell me I could pick up my car and so I paid over the phone for the new tire. She knew I was picking it up after hour and didn’t leave the key or paper work so I could get I had to make another trip to get my key and paper work. I have to work that why I dropped it off and pick it up after hours. I will be getting my service done at another location Florence seem to not know what there doing. More
