I made an appointment for an oil change online, showed up for my appointment, and was told to come back in the afternoon. When I explained that I had an appointment, I was told that it didn’t matter. Schedule an appointment for a recall , month and a half to get in. Said something about looking at cruise set switch but they can't add on anything for them to look at.
