Tyann, our service manager will be reaching out. You didn't fall under the category for the paint extension, so we opened a case with Hyundai and they have yet to approve the PA. We are at the mercy of Hyundai right now, there is Unfourtanely nothing we can do until they approve or deny the repair.

While I appreciate the response from you we are now sitting at almost 2 weeks with no contact after initial drop off and pick up of my vehicle. This clearly goes back to my customer service complaint. I was told Hyundai normally responds within 24 hours and that at the latest I should have a response by 9/20. Here it is 9/28 and still no one has contacted me.
