Wolf in sheeps clothing! Buyer beware. It is always on the buyer to figure out if car is good or not. Apparently, the big deal about the car having been serviced is hype. When we took to our mechanic, it needed over $1200 in repairs, it is a used car, had an oil leak requiring gasket and an axle boot on rear axle was broken, etc. When we drove car, engine and gear changes sounded good and new we were taking a chance. But one would think, the 'service' would notice oil leak & an axle boot broken. Also, tires had dry rot and I mentioned my concern over tires but did not know how to assess for tire dry rot thus had to pay for new tires also. If I'd known all that could have negotiated a better price but here I go again paying through the nose with car dealers. Yes my sales person was nice and not intrusive or pushy. Would go back but better armed with knowledge now. OH and in finance they tac on an extra $199 theft protection kit that was already installed on the car but say it is a voluntary charge. WHAT??? More

Bill, my salesman was great, Jessie my finance person did very well explaining everything. When I picked up my car, Bill had it inside because it was snowing, so it was really nice seeing it detailed and s very well explaining everything. When I picked up my car, Bill had it inside because it was snowing, so it was really nice seeing it detailed and shining, I wish I had taken a picture because it was snowing out, so it was covered with road splash by the time I got home. I did the majority of my deal online, so I had an idea what to expect. I was a little disappointed that the color I had chosen was gone before I got there when I got off work. I only had one vehicle to choose because of low inventory, and the price was about $70 more a month than what I expected. I do love the car and I will get use to the color. Bill got in the car with me at the dealership when I picked the car up and showed me different settings on the car and connected my cellphone to the car. Bill also got me all set up with MyHyundai on my phone, he showed me how to use the remote starter on my keys and also showed me how to use the app on my phone, he even arranged for my rental car to be picked up at the dealership. The customer service I received really was exceptional. Thank you Kerry Hyundai for all your help thru the car buying process. More
