I had routine maintenance service and some needed repairs done recently. The service department got me in within a reasonable time and got all needed work done in one day, which was really awesome. They kept me updated on the work, prices, etc. only complaint I have is that they only take one coupon per interaction. I had hoped to use 4of the ones that I was sent by them. Had I known, I likely would have done the work in 2-3 visits. It’s the policy, but in think it stinks! Otherwise, I am very happy and will continue to use their services. More

Kerry Nissan customer service is the best! I received excellent service on my 2015 Rogue even though the issues were minor. It didn’t matter that the bill was minimal.
