Wait times were terrible, my service advisor was nice but didn't know what she was talking about and kept discouraging me to wait to see if I qualified for a new engine, which I did. Once my car was done the didn't know what she was talking about and kept discouraging me to wait to see if I qualified for a new engine, which I did. Once my car was done they tried to charge me for a repair my car didn't need and the techs left the air intake hose to the throttle body loose. More
