Bryon, We tried to contact you but had no luck. Your warranty covers the speakers if there is something wrong with them, but we already replaced once because of a previous issue. We unfortunately can't replace them if we find no issues with them, the warranty only covers if we can find a fault or broken part. If you would like to discuss this further, please give our service manager a call.

That doesn’t make sense the issue is they do not work and no one is doing nothing to fix the issue. They clearly don’t work anymore with or without my phone fm or am radio, if I could fix it I would but that’s not my expertise nor is it my job I just want the full audio experience I payed for. You would think you would take time to test the speakers other than using the as an excuse for a paying customer that just got put in debt for $50.000. Not fair at all and not Legal on your part also.
