I walked in and they were very pleasant and took my info and car right away. The waiting room was clean and well equipped. I was having the oil changed and tires rotated. Brought in to diagnose a specific issue. The mechanic stated that there was fluid all under the vehicle and need new transmission fluid. Due to a loose And the charge was $425 to clean, tigh The mechanic stated that there was fluid all under the vehicle and need new transmission fluid. Due to a loose And the charge was $425 to clean, tighten plug and put in new fluid. We told the technician before bringing it in that we already replaced the fluid and filter and it didn’t fix the issue. I refuse that and we checked the car in the lot: there was no fluid under the car and the fluid was full and CLEAN we checked all in the lot and showed Laura. I was charged the diagnostic fee for the mechanic checking all things that was not requested stating it took 3 hrs when when he checked takes 30 mins. Will not bring another car here due to trying to scam me into performing service I did not need. They kept it to the next day just to say that the transmission fluid is low and they cannot diagnose any further without flushing it and putting new in. 🤦🏻♀️ we did that step already. Twice!!! So they just said it probably needs a new transmission. If they work on Mazdas daily they should know what the problem is without checking my lights tires windshield wipers as they have nothing to do with my transmission that they were asked to diagnose. and they recommended new air filters. They didn’t even check - there’s new filters in it. Just trying to take advantage for money. Pitiful More
