I went to the Kerry Hyundai dealership and I had an exceptional experience. My sales representative Robin was excellent. Everything from the moment I contacted the dealership was great. They worked hard and told me exactly what I was going to need to do to get into a new vehicle. They were very transparent and helped me with everything right down to explaining and showing me the different features that my new vehicle had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing a new or used vehicle. They also have a very good selectin of vehicles. More
Trent Kessans did a great job of following up and answering all of my questions. I would rate him 5 stars. But this dealership is the hardest dealership I have ever tried to buy a car from. You would answering all of my questions. I would rate him 5 stars. But this dealership is the hardest dealership I have ever tried to buy a car from. You would think with a crashing economy and vehicle repossessions being at an all time height they would want to sell a vehicle. This was an all cash deal. Eventually they lost the sale because of the dishonesty and stupid "rules" in place. I worked with 3 different salesmen all on one vehicle. I was told that it did not pass a safety check and that it was being sold at an auction, I was told by another that it was already sold. After a week it had not been removed from their website and also had actual photos uploaded so I submitted an offer online. At that point Trent reached out and told me I would be able to buy the car, however they would not take a penny less. So I had him inspect the car and make sure it was everything that the photos made it look like. He kindly did so and called me back. At this point I tried to place a $4000 down payment on a credit card to hold the vehicle for a couple weeks while I made plans to come get it. I am from out of state and would need to secure airfare to retrieve the vehicle. The $4000 down was approx. 1/3 of the vehicle's price. The dealership refused to hold the vehicle for more than 1 day. How are you supposed to book a flight and hope the car is still there by the time the flight takes off? This dealer had a vehicle I really wanted. It was super clean and priced well. But after 3 attempts I'll find another deal. This dealership has no care for customer service at all. If you want to be lied to, railroaded, and waste your time buy your next vehicle from Kerry Hyundai, but if you do buy from Trent!! UPDATE. I received a call from the manager, he could not possibly understand how I shared the truthful review I posted. He couldn't understand why I would want to buy a "beater" his own words... (the same car they described the day before as almost perfect!) The phone call ended with, so your one of those people. Great customer service and choice of manager! Dodged a bullet here! More
I was greeted with someone opening the door for me and directing me to the service desk. I was met with a smile at the desk and they took my information and informed me of the estimated price. I was then walked to the lounge and given a water. I waited for less than the estimated time of service and I spoke to the cashier and was informed of the points program. Everyone was eager to assist me and all smiling and cared about doing a good job. More
