"Customer service" is job one at this dealership. Steven, the manager, and James Fox, the salesman, were both extremely focused on providing outstanding customer service. Steven is the manager of not Steven, the manager, and James Fox, the salesman, were both extremely focused on providing outstanding customer service. Steven is the manager of not only the Mazda dealership, but also the VW dealership. I don't know how he does it, but he is high energy and is the best manager I have ever met in the automobile industry. He is very personable and "down to earth" with his customers. Customers know they can trust this gentleman. Steven and James make a great team. James Fox also bends over backwards for his customers. Customers also can trust James. He is a breath of fresh air in a century where customer service has fallen between the cracks. Many salesmen are only interested in themselves... how much are they going to make and how quickly can they make the sale and move on to the next customer? James takes care of his clients. That's why he gets the referrals and new customers. I hope Kerry is able to recognize these two employees for what they bring to the business. Sometimes companies overlook top-notch workers or take them for granted. This would be a huge mistake. Please reward both of these individuals for their work ethic and strong focus on customer service. More

New Mazda 6 I had a very good experience at Kerry Mazda. I'm big into cars, and after researching multiple brands, I decided on test driving the Mazda 6 with the I had a very good experience at Kerry Mazda. I'm big into cars, and after researching multiple brands, I decided on test driving the Mazda 6 with the intent to purchase. My Consultant was James Fox and we looked closely at a Touring and Grand Touring determining the details and option packages for each. Our discussions were no pressure and actually fun because the Mazda 6 is an impressive car with a lot of standard features and James is a solid down to earth guy. The deal making process was quick. We reviewed pricing and bounced a few numbers back and forth until we go to a place where we both were happy. Within an hour we had walked the lot twice, test driven a car, and settled on the price. After that, the pricing summary was provided to me and the math was clear. Fuzzy math at car lots is very irritating. I requested that the financing process go as quickly as possible and they accommodated me well on that too. This was my third new car purchase, and my first time at Kerry. At no time were there any of the car buying irritations that most people, including me, dislike about car shopping. I chose Kerry due to multiple dislikes voiced from friends and family regarding several of the large Cincinnati area dealers and am happy I gave my business to Kerry and James. The Kerry Mazda Manager Cody was a big help too along with James to find the car from a neighboring dealership in the color and option package I wanted. More

Waste of time We were planning to buy two new mazdas, and tried to be efficient about it by emailing Kerry and a few other dealers for info. We couldn't get direct We were planning to buy two new mazdas, and tried to be efficient about it by emailing Kerry and a few other dealers for info. We couldn't get direct answers to questions via email (shame on us for not recognizing that warning sign!) so we went to the dealership in person to see the cars and negotiate. After wasting a lot of our time, they low-balled us on the value of our trade-ins...about 35% less than Kelly Blue Book values. Given the pace things were moving, we weren't going to close that gap so we left. We bought at another dealership the next day with much less hassle and got full KBB value for our trade-ins. Love the new Mazdas, but did not have a good experience here. A shame too b/c their service folks are great. More

Unprofessional! Where to begin? These people lied and schemed their way through every step of the process: from the price of the vehicle, to what they were willing Where to begin? These people lied and schemed their way through every step of the process: from the price of the vehicle, to what they were willing to give me for my trade-in, to trying to pressure (borderline bully) me into making a commitment during the one time my husband wasn't with me. After several trips to the dealership, and dealing with 4 different contact people (including one creepy encounter where I was chased down in the parking lot as I was leaving), and a lot of wasted time, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I ended up buying from another Mazda dealer, after making a deal over the phone. After that, the salesman from Kerry Mazda still had the nerve to call me and leave messages every day for weeks. When I finally answered and tried to give them feedback, he hung up on me. I can't imagine anyone actually going into that dealership and NOT being taken advantage of. Their business practices are horrible and downright shady. More
Worst Customer Service Ever My name is Amy Cosgrove and I have encountered the inadequate customer service anyone could imagine with Kerry Mazda and Joe Jeremiah. First, Saturd My name is Amy Cosgrove and I have encountered the inadequate customer service anyone could imagine with Kerry Mazda and Joe Jeremiah. First, Saturday the day of the sale. I was in a hurry and was rushing through things but at no time, during the test drive, during the approval, during the negotiations not once was it explained to me that this car operates differently than most manuals when attempting to put the car in reverse, not being equipped with this information I drove the car forward into a sign, shortly after obtaining my new car. Joe proceeded to argue with me and call me a liar saying that he told me this information. I was not told to push down to get the car in reverse. Allen resolved that situation, by saying that I was at fault but put me in a different car. Next, I dropped off my car on Tuesday to get my remote start installed. Joe told me would try for Wednesday but was not sure, I said lets do Thursday, it works better in my schedule. Thinking it might be done Wednesday it never occurred to me to call about when it would be done Thursday. I show up about 3:30. Joe again argues with me saying that I said I would be there at 4:30 and he made sure it would be done by then. I typically work 6:30 to 3:00, a time for me to pick up my car was not discussed. I should have called and checked but more importantly good customer service, especially in light of what happened would have said for him to call me and let me know when it would be ready. Once again I was called a liar and he proceed to argue and disrespect me. Finally, upon my prompting I said bring it to me so I don't have to come back out here. I was assured the car would be washed and delivered. Joe just dropped it off, the stickers where not taken out of the car as promised. Now I have sticker residue on my window shield. I was told this was not done because he wasn't sure how long had this morning, he got to work this morning and had to get it out to me because he said I said I needed it. I never told Joe I needed my car at any certain time today. I am at work it could be here at 10:00 or 2:00 and would have made no difference to me. I will not be doing business with Kerry Mazda again and I will let whoever will listen know about the poor customer service and the inadequacy of the sales team, especially Joe Jeremiah. I am not usually the type to give feedback or make comments but this is outrageous and someone should be aware of who they have representing their company. Amy Cosgrove More
