My wife and I recently purchased a 2024 Hyundai Palisade from Kerry Hyundai in Alexandria Ky. We had been looking for about a year. They both were very helpful and never once pressured us at any time. When we finally decided to buy the process could not been any smoother. Matthew Wardlow Matthew greeted me on the the lot earlier in the day , I told him my wife was interested in getting a Tucson and I wasn't sure of current pricing and the different Tucson models he ga earlier in the day , I told him my wife was interested in getting a Tucson and I wasn't sure of current pricing and the different Tucson models he gave me his card and I told him I might be back later that day. My wife and I returned that afternoon and I asked for Matthew. He was very knowledgeable about the different models and the equipment, how to work it as well as set it up. he also was very attentive when we took a couple of test drives explaining how the different features work to my wife. I never felt pressured as we went though the purchasing process . My wife loves her new Tucson !! More
