Made appt fir 8:30 am for oil change, tire rotation, and to check brake assist service light. Brought truck in night before appt. Received no call, so I assumed the truck had had the oil changed and tires to check brake assist service light. Brought truck in night before appt. Received no call, so I assumed the truck had had the oil changed and tires rotated. I went to the dealer around 5:30 pm and was informed by the office staff that nothing had been done on the truck! I the asked for my truck and will not be using this dealership ever again as this was the second time the service area has failed to communicate status while servicing my truck. Then to top it off, when I got in my truck to leave, someone from the dealership had left a pop bottle in the center council cup holder that contained tobacco spit! I did not appreciate my truck being used as someone one’s trash can!! More
A one star rating is too much, as Richard of Kerry Chevrolet said they could diagnose AC problems and that they could work on my 2008 Saturn Astra XR since Saturn was a GM model. He said he knew about Chevrolet said they could diagnose AC problems and that they could work on my 2008 Saturn Astra XR since Saturn was a GM model. He said he knew about the fact that GM closed Saturn and the last year Saturn produced cars was early 2009. I then informed him that the Saturn Astras were not made in America, but they were made in Belgium by Opel and imported to America from Europe and only 14,000 were imported. He assured me that they had the manuals to work on them and could work on AC. It took them 10 days to come up with their wrong "diagnosis" as to why the AC was blowing only hot air, but they came back with I needed a new compressor because it would never turn on, even though the compressor was replaced once since the cars manufacture in 2008. He then told me that not only was the compressor shot but that there was no 134A refrigerant in the system when the car came in. This was in fact not true and I corrected him over the phone stating that it did in fact have refrigerant in the system as I took a reading on the low pressure port before I dropped the car off. He then said that the tech added refrigerant but the tech still could not get the compressor to come on so his tech removed all refrigerant from the system since the "compressor was broken." I told him this was also not true, as refrigerant can not be added to the system unless the compressor clutch engages the compressor which will only then allow refrigerant to be added to the system. However, the clutch will not engage if the the refrigerant is too low so you have to jumper the refrigerant pressure switch (which is a long-term safety feature that keeps the compressor from running on low refrigerant and thus also low on lubricating refrigerant oil to prevent your compressor from burning up) to engage the clutch in order to add refrigerant to the system. Two untruthful statements and a incorrect diagnosis of a bad A/C compressor. DO NOT TAKE YOUR SATURN HERE FOR SERVICE AND DO NOT TAKE ANY CAR HERE FOR AC SERVICE. They clearly do not know what they are doing on A/C and do not hesitate to lie to you/or speak without knowledge!!!! $250 wasted for nothing!!!! Tim More

I was not understanding why my truck was showing low voltage. While I had it in the service garage at Kerry they explained the charging system on the newer Chevy trucks.
