This was one of my biggest regrets (buying from this dealer) and trying to use their service department. They are not honest, for example. I took my car to have it checked out by another service provider after they did diagnostic and gave me a $3,800 estimate, the new estimate from another Chevy Service Dealer gave me a $625.00 estimate and I was told my vehicle did not need a lot of the repairs, Kerry Chevrolet of Alexandria stated verbally and in writing. They also told me my vehicle had multiple oil leaks, when the other Dealership said they found no oil leaks. So thanks but NO THANKS kerry chevrolet!!! More

Andy and Justin were the best salesmen to deal with while buying a new car. As I was out on a test drive they had everything ready by the time I got back. Service center staff were very helpful and customer-centric. The service time was almost to the minute, of their initial estimate, 1-1 1/2 hours. The only inconvenience was, I had requested a loaner vehicle, because I took my work break to take my car and was hoping to return to work. I was not made aware, until I dropped off my vehicle, that no loaners were available. So, I ended up waiting for my car to be services and had to make up for lost work time. Otherwise, no complaints. I'll likely go back for subsequent service. More
The sale people up was great it after u buy is the car that is the trouble.
