Made an appointment for Monday morning, and dropped the car off on Sunday. Car still hadn't been looked at by Thursday. We were told that drop-offs were handled on an as-available basis. Dropped my vehicle off told the guy he had to put the scanner on while it’s hot. The engine light was on when I dropped it off told him he had to check it now. Got my rental car and left 3 damm days late scanner on while it’s hot. The engine light was on when I dropped it off told him he had to check it now. I had to drive out there so he could tell me the light would not come on he let it run my gas out he said for 3 hours. I traded it in today for a new suv but I did not and will not ever go to Kerry again Brian is a jerk. Even the boss guy in the back told him to check it now but he didn’t. I live 15 minutes from there I need a service dept for my new Traiblazer because I drove to Adams County to get it to far for service. I’ll go to Tom Gill or some other place Kerry is ridiculous.
