Overall a decent experience. Usually stop in for maintenance which I've never had an issue with. Not a huge deal, but definitely an inconvenience having to make that extra trip to the dealer. It's a 50 mile round trip. That's the only reason I docked a star. They made the situation right though. Staff friendly but wrong with car diagnosis, said I had a radiator leak got second opinion and all said it was the water pump. I asked about the exhaust pressure control valve because my car is sending 3 dif radiator leak got second opinion and all said it was the water pump. I honestly will never bring my car to a dealership again. More
