Ethan was a nice salesman, but the finance guy I dealt with when signing the papers was horrible. I drove five hours to buy this vehicle. My car coded and on star sent emails that the car had to gob n. But nothing was found and nothing was done to correct the issue. Charge $140. This dealership was very misleading when I brought my vehicle in under warranty to replace my engine. They did not make it clear that it could take MONTHS for it to be repaired. I dropped my car off May vehicle in under warranty to replace my engine. They did not make it clear that it could take MONTHS for it to be repaired. I dropped my car off May 2022 and did not receive it back until August 2022 for the repair to be done. They did not offer a loaner vehicle after I dropped my car off and said I should get a rental. After about 2 months of renting vehicles and spending almost 2 grand, I felt I needed to report to the BBB. After that, they gladly had a loaner for me the next day for the remaining time it was being repaired. If I had known it would take that long, I would not have brought my car in at all. I could have used my money I used on rentals on a down payment for a new vehicle at that point. Very disappointed and will not be a returning customer. More
