We purchased a used vehicle and during the test drive we noticed a function did not work. The sales manager said it wouldn’t be a problem as the vehicle was still covered under warranty being a 2022 model. noticed a function did not work. The sales manager said it wouldn’t be a problem as the vehicle was still covered under warranty being a 2022 model. We agreed to purchase it and took it into the shop for repair. Once at the shop we discovered this item wasn’t covered due to abuse of the previous owner. When Kerry Chevrolet was contacted for help on this their response was we signed the warranty as is agreement and they had given us such a great deal on the vehicle that they would take a loss if they helped. Additionally their detailing on a used vehicle was sub par as still finding cereal from the prior family. Felt like they should have stood behind the repair regardless instead of assuming it would be covered under warranty, especially since it was only $250! We were out of state buyers so there wasn’t a concern from them losing a long term customer. Just having to deal with a negative review! Anyway, buyer be ware! More

Grover is the best person there to work with. Kind, efficient, great at getting back to customers. Craig rarely responds to emails, but was very kind when I did get to speak to him. Although he didn't take action until the owner was contacted. I would have had to go 6 mos with no car had I not gone up the ladder, which is super disappointing. Ultimately, got a loaner and am grateful I was able to keep my job. I sold my car the day I picked it up and got what I owed for it although Kerry offered me 3K less than that. Hyundai has lost me as a customer. The people there are nice for sure, but Hyundai has major issues with engines, so I can't every buy another. Thank you to Grover who was outstanding! More
