I was unsuccessful in purchasing a new Hyundai Tucson...not because I couldn't afford it but because I could never get a straight answer about how much it would cost me to buy one. -Internet sa Tucson...not because I couldn't afford it but because I could never get a straight answer about how much it would cost me to buy one. -Internet sales manager told me I wasn't eligible for two different incentive programs. Hyundai official website says otherwise. -Quote with dealer installed options was $1000 more than what is shown on the Hyundai website. -Requested a quote with no dealer installed options and received a quote via phone. Later that day, received a voicemail that the quote was inaccurate due to a website issue. -Took nearly a day to get an updated quote via email. This quote was $1326 more than the previous quote. -I finally contacted the sales manager. His attempt at saving the sale was $1394 more than the internet sales manager's original quote...and didn't include TTL. He also repeatedly told me that another salesperson was already working a deal on the vehicle he was quoting. Bottomline is that even though I could afford the vehicle, I couldn't buy it here. More

This is Chevy dealership that sells Hyundais on the side. In fact, all my dealings were in the Chevy building, not the Hyundai building. They refused to respond to emails and even called me multiple times when I asked them to email me. The sales manager condescendingly asked me, "Well, where do you think you'll get a car for that price?" There was no interest in working with me on a price or a product but to get me to drive away in one of their cars. They apparently didn't get the message because a day after buying myself a Corolla at another dealership, my "Hyundai" salesman called me up to tell me that the car I wanted had just come in. Apparently the sales manager didn't tell him that we did not end our last talk on unfriendly terms. I wouldn't bother spending my time at this Hyundai dealer. I have purchased 2 vehicles from kerry chevrolet; a 2007 HHR and a 2011 Silverado. I have never been more pleased. The Silverado was almost out of my budget but they worked with me and got me into the same HHR and a 2011 Silverado. I have never been more pleased. The Silverado was almost out of my budget but they worked with me and got me into the same payment I had on my trade in, while including 6 yr bumper to bumper, 1 yr premium service and a tow package installed. I couldn't ask for anything more. I will be trading in my wifes HHR soon and I will DEFINETLY be dealing with kerry chevrolet again. I have also used the service Dept. 4 times in 2 months for my maintnence on my silverado and to fix a wheel bearing in my wifes HHR. I am always in and out of there quickly. Terrible experience, took forever to even get a price on a new vehicle but when I did they think the public is stupid. They wanted to work from their sticker on a leftover 2010 elantra. I would not recommend this dealership for new car sales. Even the sales manager wanted to just write a trade difference number on a piece of paper instead of showing the deal, made me feel like they were not very honest to deal with, not recommended!!! More
