My love hate experience with Kerry Sales guy did a great job finding me a car that fits my needs and wants. Very knowledgable about what he was selling. Finance department had zero resp Sales guy did a great job finding me a car that fits my needs and wants. Very knowledgable about what he was selling. Finance department had zero respect of what I wanted and what I could afford. Added over $5000. Worth of addons with out breaking down the price for me. I told them I did not want to finance more than 25K they ignored me and financed me for over 31K. Then refused to take off the addons untill I told them I was done I didnt want the car anymore, then magically they could take it off. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. More

Thought I wasnt going to find anything here I haven't had a vehicle in 5 years, so when my grandma passed she left me a trust fund to get myself a car. So I was calling another dealership setting to buy some suvs with tinted windows, and another promises made to me. By accident my friend came to Kerry (know mind you i had bought my first car from Kerry and it was a saturn but I tell you now that car lasted so many road trips, and going back and forth to college, which was 45 minutes away one way and it had just regular tune ups and minor probs that cost barely nothing, so anyways she wasn't going to leave this was the only place she was going to go. So I looked at all the suvs and i finally found a car that was just made for me, and not a suv but a car that would be big enough to travel. And the salesman helped me find that dream car and was patient with me. I would recommend coming her due to the also all the promises the other car lot promised me was either illegal or could not be done. More

I went up in the pouring rain to check out the new 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT and Jon was nice and willing to run in the rain to let me drive the car. Everyone stayed positive even when we couldn't reach agreement on numbers that night. I ended up making a deal and heading up the next afternoon and buying the car I wanted.
