The process was smooth and the sales guy, Jon, was great. I explained my financial situation, how much I was looking to get for my trade, and he made it happen. I have to admit, I almost walked away based on the offer initially given to me for my trade but I stuck to my guns and didn't back down. They were able to give me exactly what I wanted for my trade and get me out of there in a brand new vehicle.
