I bought a certified pre-owned Cruze from another dealer out of state. Some of the service that was supposed to be done by that dealer for the car to be certified pre-owned was not done. Although Kerry Chevrolet and Joey were not responsible for making everything right, the other dealer was, Joey took the lead and Kerry Chevrolet followed as he corrected those items free of charge and under warranty. We did not intend to make a final decision on our initial visit but we we so comfortable with these employees and so impressed with the vehicles and the offer they made, we went home with a new car.
