He accommodated our schedules and even came in on his day off to finish paperwork and deliver the car to us. Upon arriving, we explained to the used car manager (Remington) that we had a small This was by far the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Upon arriving, we explained to the used car manager (Remington) that we had a small amount of cash and that's what we were wanting to spend- trying to avoid having a payment. Instead of trying to turn us away or acting like he didn't want to be bothered, he immediately gave us a couple of options and answered questions about others. As he was in the middle of something, he said that he would send one of his guys out with some keys. This is where Hahns comes in. He spent about 6hrs with us and about a million questions. He was patient, actually liked to see us tinkering with the cars (checking different things out), and never hesitated to ask his boss questions. All this on a sale that he probably didn't make anything on. I will definitely be back when I need another vehicle! More
