I don’t even know where to start. It took five months for my vehicle to be fixed. Meanwhile, even though I have purchased your best warranty I could not get a rental car because I woul It took five months for my vehicle to be fixed. Meanwhile, even though I have purchased your best warranty I could not get a rental car because I would have had to pay for it upfront and then been reimbursed after the five month period. I am not in a position to pay upfront cost for a rental car for a five month period. During the time that my car sat on your lot, I was still responsible for the car payment, insurance, and I had to pay my taxes and tags. When I called to check on the progress, I was not spoken to respectfully. I was blown off and told her it could be way worse. I was not told that even when the dealer received my engine, it would still take months to place it because there is such a backlog. When I did finally get my car, it literally died in a parking lot two hours later. I was told that I needed a new battery, when in fact, it was the starter that was bad. My car then had to be towed back to the lot for an additional three days. The entire experience was very stressful and could have been dealt with in a much kinder way. I was given a million excuses of why things were not progressing. I was failed by the poor system you have in place. More
