Overall great experience. Questions were answered and even the technician provided insight on the diagnosis. They were prompt when a billing issue came up as well. The counter staff was extremely polite, always called back when they said they would, and always in a timely manner, so thank you for that Grover. Youre awesome. Unfortunately, that's where the good stop back when they said they would, and always in a timely manner, so thank you for that Grover. Youre awesome. Unfortunately, that's where the good stops. They've had my car since June of 2022 to get a motor replaced. The car was able to run. It took 4 months to get my motors warranty approved(late november). Then an additional 3 months for my motor to arrive at the dealer, then another two months to get it installed. With this being my only transportation, i lost my job, as they had no rental cars to provide, and ubering was too expensive. I ended up having to buy a new vehicle just to be able to get around due to how long this ended up taking, which is (in my opinion) totally ridiculous. In between november and February, i came up to the dealership to see what was going on. I found my car, with two totally flat tires. The rims sitting directly on the tires is not good for the them. They still had a great tread on them, as i had replaced them within the last year or so and only out maybe 15000 miles on them. I left my car with them and they put forth no effort to take care of it, because if something does go bad due to them not taking care of it, it just gives them something to make me pay to repair. I got a call in April that said my engine was finally in, but my fuel pump was bad and it wouldnt start since it was leaking. When I dropped it off, the fuel pump operated as intended. Had my car not been sitting for almost a whole year, my fuel pump seals wouldn't have started leaking and it would have been fine. The quote was 1500 dollars, and it ended up needing a new tank as well, bringing the total up to 4,000ish. Got it towed home instead, as I refuse to give them that much money for a job that was caused primarily by them because they let it sit for so long. When I got my car back, I noticed they also broke a TPMS sensor so I cannot even put air into the tire, which is probably going to be around another $300-$500 dollars. This is probably the worst experience I have ever had with any sort of business what so ever, and is horrendous at best. More
