Not in a hurry Had a scheduled appointment at 2:30. Arrived at 2:15 and car was not taken back until 3:15. A good first impression of any company is conveyed by the salesman that offers to give you assistance and is willing to follow through that offer with honest and sincere conversations. Joseph Pierson was the deciding factor to do business 81 miles away from home. There are several Hyundai Dealerships closer than 81 miles, one of which is less than 10 miles from home.. Joseph was professional and friendly in an easy going way , as if he had known you for a long time. The car I purchased was equipped with " smart car " technology. My other car was top of the line when I purchased brand new, but that was 19 years ago. Joseph helped to set up my I phone to use with all available features. He explained everything that I could do using my I Phone and demonstrated using the phone. We all got in the car and he went over all the smart car technology, controls, and features on the car. He explain all of this in a clear and understandable language. Not once did I feel like he was tired of answering my questions or was in a hurry to go home. My son handled the details of making arrangements to buy the car . He was very satisfied working with Joseph. He will be returning in a few months to work with Joseph again to buy his wife a new car.
