Give them a promotion! NOW FOR THE TRUTH ABOUT KERRY CHEVROLET: Marty Hoober on the other hand not so much. The most fake stereotypical car salesman there is. He did not want to honor the price that I was given or the email I received about getting a $500 shopping spree card/cash. Marty kept telling me that they are losing profit giving me all these discounts and free stuff and they shouldn't be. I even have emails that prove that they said they would honor the price and gifts that I was told. Marty kept trying to get me to back down from what I was told and to pay more that what I was quoted. I ended up getting the quoted sales price but they made me sign a waiver giving up the $500 shopping spree/cash because I couldn't have all the gifts. The reason for this was because I didn't have a leased vehicle. It didn't even have to be a GM leased vehicle. It could have been a Ford leased vehicle. There was nothing in the emails or conversations about this. So explain to me how someone with a leased vehicle at a Ford dealership gives you more profit at a GM dealership? So explain to me how me not having a leased vehicle cause you to lose more profit than if it was at a Ford dealership? Whether I have one or it's at a Ford dealership, the discount is not going to change. It was ridiculous. Marty was rude and it was unprofessional of him to act the way he did. He was condescending and manipulative. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from Kerry Chevrolet as long as Marty Hoober works there unless they give me my $500 shopping spree/cash that I was promised in the first place. I spoke to Jim Arlinghaus who stated that getting the $500 shouldn't be an issue. I am still waiting to hear back from him. I will continue to file complaints with GM until this is fixed. More

Staff was very courteous and friendly, and there was no delay on my service time. They took my car as scheduled, for an oil-change and multi-point serviced check. As expected, everything checked out perfectly, but the service clerk ran down the items and clarified the best interval for oil changes on my car model. Very pleased and happy with this first experience. More
It was alright. Employees were friendly and helpful. The wait was pretty long, but that was partially my fault, and the staff was apologetic about it. Probably a sales tactic to make me feel good about getting some kind of discount, but I was okay with paying that price anyway. Evan was super friendly and personable. More
