When I’m able to get service here, it’s generally pretty good. But they are so backed up. They couldn’t even look at my car for a month and a half to diagnose what was wrong with it. Brought my car in because the air wasn’t working. They told me they couldn’t duplicate it. Immediately when I fired it up my air wasn’t working I pulled it back into the garage had them feel it. They said you are right it’s not working and then proceeded to take my car to the back to run test and said yeah we are going to need to keep it longer. They had it for like 3 days already and my air hasn’t worked for like a month. So I already had someone drop me off and leave so I could pick my car up so I had to take my car with me and now I’m supposed to bring it back in and drop it off and have a ride to take me home and then have someone drop me back off there when done. The service has been terrible. I feel it’s laziness. Like I stated above my air has t worked for a month. I will never bring my business there again. More
