Love this dealership! Service is always friendly, fast, and done correctly. My husband always checks the oil after they change it, and it's always right on the full line Service is always friendly, fast, and done correctly. We had trouble with the dealership closest to our house overfilling the oil and even had to have it towed back to have some drained because it was at least a half quart over! We've never had that happen at Kerry Alexandria. We highly recommend them!! More

My husband brought Sonic in for new key fob to be programmed. He had to wait in waiting room . He has bad hearing and didn't hear his name called but was only person there. He sat until after 1 he sa programmed. He had to wait in waiting room . He has bad hearing and didn't hear his name called but was only person there. He sat until after 1 he said and then went and asked. Gentlemen said it would be about ten minutes. He told him he had 10:00 appointment. I got a text on my phone that car was done. I called and told her my husband had to be in waiting room and she should ask if he's Charles Williams. He will not be interested in dealing there again. He is 80 and I think this was outrageous! More
