Bought an $18,000 lemon that has been giving me trouble since 2017. The horrific paint job was finally fixed. Collision center in Covington is great; super nice and communicative. However, when I picked up my car after 2 months, the check engine light was on and having troubles starting. I called Kerry in Alexandria and got nothing but a major attitude from the girl that answered the phone who was of zero help. Grover in service is great, Boe in service is great, and there’s a manager who is great (wish I knew his name). However, after a broken temp gauge, botched paint job, oil consumption issue, car spontaneously shutting off while driving (very dangerous on the interstate with kids in the car), check engine light on, and trouble starting, I’m exhausted and holding out hope that nothing else goes wrong. I'm at 70,000 miles so we'll see.... More

The service dept took a month to fix my car. The timing chain wen out & it wasn’t driveable. No loaner car available.
