I took my car there December 14th, since I didn’t have an schedule appointment, they told me they couldn’t give me an exact date of when they would be able to check on my car, they told me it could take 2 we schedule appointment, they told me they couldn’t give me an exact date of when they would be able to check on my car, they told me it could take 2 weeks or 4 weeks…. Well, after calling every week after 5 MONTHS they were finally able to check on my car, but couldn’t figure it out what was the issue. So they told me they had to do a full inspection and told me it would be $2000 to do it!!! I said no, so 2 days later they called me again and said it would be cheaper… and again, after 3 weeks, they finally called me back and figure it out the issue and told me they would be calling me when they receive the part they needed to fix the issue. Once they finally got the piece they told me by next Monday (4 days) they would be calling to make sure everything was good….. after 8 weeks, after me calling them every week, they finally had the car ready….. So that’s it, the worst experience I ever had, after 9 MONTHS!!!I understand being understaffed, but you should never take 9months to look into a simple problem that this was! I got my car back, I had to get a new car during this time, and the gentleman in charge of my car was the most unprofessional person ever, just trying to get some money out of me… so I decided to get my new car not a Hyundai, just so I didn’t have to deal with those people again…. On the good side, management team was really good and professional, very understandable and didn’t have any idea the person that was in charge of my car was doing that. More
Poor customer service. I always had to initiate any conversations for updates on my repair. Emails would go unanswered. Phone calls wouldn't be answered. And voicemail would not be answered in a timely manner. Two and one-half months to have the diagnoses made and then three months after approval for the engine to be installed was totally unacceptable. In the three months of waiting for the repair, I had a loaner vehicle for only the last two weeks. More
