Had a problem with the carpet from new. Cut to short. Everytime I took in instead of replacing like told just tuck it back in. Now warranty out. Pulled in for service. Girl took name told me wait inside. I sat inside after awhile she came and called my name. Told me charge and wait it’s parked out front. Didn’t go over anything just sort of rushed out the door. Last time service advisor went over what was done fluids topped off etc. for $65 I expect a little more customer service. I could do the drive through oil change or Walmart a lot cheaper More

I bought four tires for my truck and was promised a $200 rebate which i didn’t receive. Since then, I’ve called three times and haven’t received a return call. Twice to Brian and once to Jason. I did mak rebate which i didn’t receive. Since then, I’ve called three times and haven’t received a return call. Twice to Brian and once to Jason. I did make a call to the outside rebate company and only $100 rebate is now available. This was a new revision to the rebate that started on March 1st. I bought the tires with Kerry based on the $200 rebate (which I have received in the past). A return call from Kerry’s service department would be appreciated and expected after the first call much less the third call. More
