came in for an oil change which should be easy. I had to call about 4 hours later to see if my car was done. then, driving home I a terrible smell and smoke was pouring into the cabin of the car. the work w call about 4 hours later to see if my car was done. then, driving home I a terrible smell and smoke was pouring into the cabin of the car. the work was very sloppy as oil was spilled on the engine and proceeded to burn and smoke. since this car is a chevy volt, the engine doesn't run all the time. so, obviously they didn't start the engine after the oil change was done to check for leaks or spills. the next day, taking the car back, I had to explain to the person in service how the chevy volt works because he said to me "I'm not too familiar with how these work" a little scary hearing a CHEVY DEALER say that they don't know how A CHEVY CAR works. obviously, never again.
