Terrible communication! I left multiple messages and never heard back. I previously took my car in due to it was running hard and the check engine light was kicking on and off. I was told I would be con never heard back. I previously took my car in due to it was running hard and the check engine light was kicking on and off. I was told I would be contacted that morning to let me know if the vehicle would take a while since I had to work that night. I spent all day calling and being told someone would call me back. I called at 5:00pm and was told my car was fine and I could come get it. I contacted the service center again yesterday for the same issue and was informed someone would call me. No one ever got back with my regarding my car. I will be going elsewhere due to the poor service at Kerry Hyundai of Alexandria. More
