Needed new tires and ordered them online and made appointment for Thursday. They kept my truck until Friday late afternoon and I finally picked up my truck with nothing having been done. Keeping my t appointment for Thursday. They kept my truck until Friday late afternoon and I finally picked up my truck with nothing having been done. Keeping my truck cost me time and money as I’ve had to push off things because I needed my truck. It’s now Monday afternoon and I still don’t have new tires on my truck and I’m driving around on a spare. I was told multiple times the tires were on the way, yet I still don’t have them. Then they weren’t available, then they were. I have been jerked around for days. The only thing stopping me from going to the local tire place (which has a lower price and better service) is the my rewards discount. I’m about to go to a different dealership for service if this isn’t resolved soon. More
