You can't review this experience in just a few words. I hate to car shop. I was very unhappy with my last car. I felt I didn't take time to look and research. After seven years of owning my car that I wished I had never purchased, it was time to start my dreaded search again. I test drove every make and model known to mankind. I felt every sales person hated me. A dear friend told me about Kernersville, so I went outside my comfort area. I actually went with him as he tested a truck. I said I would never buy from them as they were too big and I didn't feel they would give me the attention I needed, since I was not sure what I really wanted. I was wrong. I spoke to Lauren on the phone then went in and actually spoke to Thomas and Sean. I felt the two if them would have spent days with me if that's what I wanted. I bought a Jeep Cherokee and I am so incredibly happy. I can't wait to own this car for many years. The boys ( that's what I call them) were so incredibly knowledgeable. Any question I had they had the answer. Please go to this dealership. No questions go unanswered. The entire process was effortless. I just had to go to the bank and get money. I think that was the most stressful. Thank you Kernersville Dodge for making my experience actually fun. Would I recommend Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep..... Yes indeed, and Im a tough one to please. One last note... Best prices I found and I went to more dealerships than you can even imagine. More

Terrible place to purchase a vehicle The sales rep just tried to get me to buy a vehicle and would not listen to any of my questions. I went back to get a few thing fixed on the truck I purchased, 3 weeks later, and they had not paid off my trade in yet. So I lost $100 in interest because they didn't tell me I needed my address changed on my license. The sales mgr was very unprofessional and talked down to me like I was no one. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased in 3 years and this was the worse experience I have ever had. More

Did not tell me much about the truck or take the time to find out what was important to me or what I was looking for. It reflects poorly on the dealership. I've heard others say the same thing. Be careful who you deal with. They do so much volume I tend to think they just throw bodies at the sales staff. More
