Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Very Dishonest! Very dishonest!!! Drove 3 hours to purchase 06 wrangler. Expressed my concern this vehicle was 100% checked out and all was working per description of Very dishonest!!! Drove 3 hours to purchase 06 wrangler. Expressed my concern this vehicle was 100% checked out and all was working per description of add. I was assured vehicle was clean and ready to go. When I arrived the jeep was not clean and had mud underneath. I guess it was parked in a remote lot. Upon inspection I noticed an oil leak, broken taillight, missing center cap on one wheel. After test drive salesman took the jeep to service department to look at leak. After 1.5 hours he said it was the oil plug leaking. Seemed very strange that that would take an hour and a half to address this problem. They took a center cap from another jeep on the lot. Promised to send the tail light in the mail. I had to contact several times to see if new taillight lens was ordered. Finally yesterday it showed up. I can't believe that they ordered a used lens from EBay and sent it to me. Really? This huge dealership that claims they sell 650 cars a month sends me a used part off of eBay? Unbelievable! The jeep still has the oil leak and now A/C compressor will no longer kick on .It was working at time of test drive. Most disturbing is the gas smell that I noticed after parking it in my garage overnight. I contacted dealership and they said the vehicle passed inspection. How can that happen with a gas leak and a broken tail light lens? They said.. As-Is ...tough luck. Can you imagine that I drive home 3 hours with a gas leak! I would definitely not recommend buying a car from Kernersville Dodge. All they care about is the $599 document fee on every car they sell. They do not care about customer satisfaction and sell cars that have issues. Offered send me $300 and remove my review. This information needs to be documented so others do not go through the experience I had….. Buyer beware! More

Fun auto purchase. I just tried to purchase my first Dodge truck, knew exactly what I wanted. Tried a Dodge dealer in Columbia TN. What I nightmare, rude, would not honor the quoted price, then wished me luck finding another one. Turned me off so bad , I went and looked at a Ford. I realized I would be settling for something I really didn't want. I went to the internet and found the same Dodge truck I looked at, and Kernersville Dodge. I requested a quote and got a fantastic price. Then they told me they would reimburse my air fare if I came out. What's to loose. After getting pre-approved on the phone , I flew out.. When I got to the airport , they had a car waiting for me. When I got to the dealership Mary was waiting at the door, she asked if she could get anything , coffee , cold drink, etc. She thought after the flight and ride from the airport that I might like some refreshments first. After I told her no thanks, she said let's go see your truck. The truck was very well detailed, she made sure to show me the features and how they worked, there was a lot of joking around between us. I happened to like that and it made me feel very comfortable with Mary.when it came to the paperwork it was all prepared and she informed me that there were a few more discounts I was not aware of, and the interest rate on my loan was lower than originally quoted. This turned out to be the easiest auto purchase I have ever made, and slot of fun as well. Who knew you could have fun buying a new car. This dealership does everything against the norm and should be commended for it. I highly recommend Kernersville Dodge for a new car purchase, and ask for Mary. You will have a great time, and be glad you did. More

He showed us the vehicles we were interested in among the massive inventory they have on hand. We didn't purchase on that day but we returned on 2/18/17 and were once again greeted by Luis before we reached the door. I didn't lie about anything so I drove 3 hours to get there and they said they could only give me me $20,000 less than what they had originally told me so I wasted a whole day to go down there and listen to their lies....However Omar helped us with looking at a new truck while they were looking at mine he was a great guy to deal with just wished he worked for a dealership that was worth anything! NEVER DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!! More
