No truth there Two different sales associates told us we could test drive a vehicle. We drove 3 hours and the vehicle was up on the jack in the service department—no Two different sales associates told us we could test drive a vehicle. One sales associate had also said they were waiting on one part—the Oxygen sensor because the check engine light was on. When we saw the vehicle in the service garage, the entire door panel was off, the front door electrical buttons had been tampered with, and who knows if the sensor had been replaced? We were allowed to speak to these two associates because they dealt with internet sales. We were told one of them would call us on Monday and the gentleman apologized. It is now Tuesday, 2 hours from their closing time, and we still have not heard from them. It’s probably best. We don’t do business with liars. More

Poor Customer Service Our salesman was awesome in giving us information about our vehicle and going through the process. So I was thinking that we may be there for an hour, two at most......no, we spent over 4 hours just to buy a car. Unacceptable, and nothing given in return for our troubles. More

Incorrect Parts Apparently a business operates out of this dealer called Mopar America, ordered bolts for a PT. Nick Economos Go See Him I bought a weekend fun car (2007) Jeep Wrangler from this dealership. They sold the Jeep prior to my arrival online. The dealership did have the one I ended up purchasing just come in. When he pulled it up I was stunned, it was lifted with all the extra goodies within the price range I was looking for. The Jeep had a couple of issues that the dealership took care of with exhaust system and the AC. Nick helped me out to trade in a motorcycle that was just sitting in the garage. He made the experience great, and was attentive to any concerns I had. If you are in the market for a new or used car go see Nick, and you will be taken care of. More
