I have to say that I was nervous to make that purchase after all my internet research I decided to take a chance at this dealership(an hour away). When my hubby and I pulled in, David met us as we were getting out of the car, introduced himself with a handshake. I told him what we were interested in. David located the vehicle and we test drove. David was a good listener as to what we were looking for. He was able to answer ALL our questions. We appreciated that fact that he wasn't overly pushy, "you know the dreaded salesperson that knows more of what you need than you do"! We completed the transaction in good time. When it comes time to purchase another vehicle, we will be back! We would recommend this dealership and David to find the right vehicle for you. More

Scored a Challenger with Team Kernersville Dodge Today! While stopping in to see Lori,my service advisor about scheduled maintenance on my 200S, I mentioned how much I liked the 2018 Challenger. She called David and before I knew it, David rolled up in a freshly washed Challenger. He explained all about the car and made sure the right car and finance package was available. ripped a new one Truck has hidden damage. already spent $2,000.plus and still working to make truck safe. Need some help. Truck was wrecked and has internal damage. Had to replace entire rack and pinion steering system. Bumper fell off and head light is defective and in no way could have passed the state inspection that was supposedly done. I realize it is my bad for not taking truck elsewhere for inspection but we were from out of town and trusted the 100+ point inspection that the dealer said they performed. This is really just a quick summary and have spoke to the used car manager about the issues. He offered more work from the dealer but it is to far away for repeated trips back and forth. This review may be updated depending on any help we receive with these issues. I'm trying to keep an open mind on this and hope they can make this deal better than the disaster it is currently. More

They also did the State inspection to which there is no way it should have passed with one of the headlights screwed up. It has play in the steering wheel and under front fender damage that needs repair I'll have to get all this mess fixed. When traveling out of town to buy you have to trust who your dealing with. No to any offer less than what was listed. Wow, fool me once but never again.. you want to help with some of this stuff, that would change my opinion of your business. Right now im disgusted as you can tell More
