Now when it comes to service dept with warranty work forget it I'll never take my truck or my wife's durango to them ever again! Strike 1 put me on a 10 month waiting list for recalled water pump, I found out later that they were replacing the pumps on all the trucks that were on the lot first before they started on actual trucks being used. 2 wks later took my wife's car to another dealership for oil change and talked to them about water pump and waiting list, they said that was crazy, they ordered pump and replaced within 3 days. Strike 2 had recall on clearance lights on top of cab for moisture, they refused to do it cause I had changed bulbs and claimed I cracked them, took truck back to previous dealer and they replaced no questions. Today Strike 3 took truck to Kernersville for water in the passenger side head light, pulled in garage guy walked over advised him of issue and he said that is normal (yes it may be normal but not supposed to be like that) and then he asked if I wanted him to get me a price for a new headlight, I said no the truck is still under warranty. He said no that is not covered. Why are my clearance lights covered due to moisture but not my headlights? That pisses me off to no end.. So went to the other dealer they were unable to do anything on Saturday due warranty handler was off but stated that they would make a claim and get it replaced. My opinion is Kernersville only wants the sale doesn't want to do any of the after work unless it's an oil change. More

I had been looking at Honda Elements for a little while and found one 40 miles from me in Kernersville. My wife and I made the trip and arrived after 7 PM and met with Dave after mentioning that we had talked with Angela online. The car was on their secondary lot where they process new vehicles and he said it closed at 6 PM but we might be able to look at the car or possibly get in if it was unlocked. He drove us over in his truck to take a look and he was able to get the keys for us since the building was still open because a couple employees were working late. We got to take the car for a spin around their lot and everything ran great. We noticed an issue with the car (fog lights were not working) and he had them check it out the next day. Since they couldn't repair it, the dealership took more off the price the price they quoted me online. Dave is truly a friendly, helpful, and wonderful person. He was up front about everything. Anyone that believes car salesmen are only out for themselves have never met Dave. While my wife and I would never buy a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram (personal preference that Hondas and other non-American brand cars are higher quality vehicles), if we ever need another used Honda and this dealership has what we're looking for and at the price we want to pay, we wouldn't hesitate to come back and buy it from David Maxson! More

Worse dealership ever I brought my preowned car from this dealer and called to let them know I was coming (early in the day) to pick it up and when I got there the car was I brought my preowned car from this dealer and called to let them know I was coming (early in the day) to pick it up and when I got there the car was not clean and had less than a half of tank of gas. I drove a hour and thirty minutes to get there. When talking to these people here they don't care about you at all. They won't even try to get you extra keys or fill up the car of gas for a muilt million dollar company. The only thing I can say good about this place is that they had the car I wanted. I talked to the manager about filling up the car and told me no. I have never dealt with dealer that won't fill the car up for a $40k purchase. Going here is like going to a cheap buy here pay here car lot. No hospitality even after the purchase is done. They gave me the key said car is outside. I expect more when paying this kind money. More
