2008 Honda Ridgeline I recently purchased a 2008 Honda Ridgeline from this dealership. Majority of the experience was good. However, I don't find it very professional that I recently purchased a 2008 Honda Ridgeline from this dealership. Majority of the experience was good. However, I don't find it very professional that the driver that delivered my vehicle to me LOST THE TITLE (to the trade) AND A CHECK!! if you buy from them I do not recommend having a driver bring your vehicle and taking any documents or money back.. very disappointed in that aspect. but over all great vehicle and they fixed everything that they didn't fix prior to it being in stock so over all a good purchase. More

Good work... just no communication on this visit Great place for all your auto needs. But this last visit was horrible because I waited too long and wasn’t told why I had to wait. Chelsea did not communicate to me about not having the part my vehicle needed. She told me it would take 30 minutes. I later found out the part was not in this building, that someone had to go get it, and I ended up waiting over 4 hours when told only 30 min. Had someone communicated to me what was going on, I could have made other arrangements to have my kids picked up from school, etc. Instead, I incurred $80 in afterschool fees and missed out on several other personal errands. I love this place and this won’t stop me from returning (hopefully) but I will definitely be asking for a more seasoned service person and asking questions every 15 minutes. I shouldn’t have to do this though, ya know? More

Calls into Serv Dept-. Parts Order Follow up Takes forever to get someone to answer phone much less get someone to pick up call in Serv Dept. Love the Didge Ram truck but lacks customer service just in trying to get phone calls answered and someone to answer the dept you want to reach!! More
