I had several questions regarding my lease and how that process would work. Having checked around this was the only 2019 vehicle in the area meeting my desired criteria. I placed a deposit on the truck to hold the vehicle. They provided only one option, a lease purchase and trade and valued my trade at $17000. Another dealership valued the trade at $22000 and found out that my better option would be to pay off the lease and do a lease turn in. Seeing that I a was being treated much better as a customer and since the other dealer found a similar vehicle, and discussed the just announced employee pricing, I decided to go with them. I asked via email for my deposit return and the reply was simply it is a non refundable deposit. I will not do business with such an unethical establishment. More
