I don't normally do reviews but because of how horrible this dealership is I am! I have worked in the service department of new car dealerships for almost 30 years. I hate the stigma dealers have, but this this dealership is I am! I have worked in the service department of new car dealerships for almost 30 years. I hate the stigma dealers have, but this dealer is the reason that stigma exists! To start I emailed the dealer to get info on a truck I saw on the internet, they promptly responded with everything I asked for including the price. So I drive a hour and a half to see the truck and decide I want it. We go through all the formalities they got me a good financing rate and term, now all of a sudden the truck is $4000.00 more than they sent me! I was told they advertise they can charge the price anytime.....Really?? After months of looking for a truck this one has everything I want and I bought it anyway. Then we get to the Finance Manager to finish the purchase, and in an effort to speed things up I proceed to state I only want one product don't want anything else. He then gets belligerent and angry with me because I won't buy any other products! Again.....Really? They explained to me I would a second key it would be ordered and called. A few days go by and I called because I know keys are stocked and sure enough it was. This is after I had to go through nobody knowing anything about it! So now my temp tag is expired by 8 days, called again to find out they never sent for my tags. Why, because they needed proof of insurance and never called me! Worse yet they DO NOT CARE! All I keep hearing is it's not my fault. So now I have a truck I can't drive because they don't do there jobs. The moral of this story, go somewhere else to buy a car or truck even if you have to pay more. JR Norman will be getting called everyday until I receive satisfaction. I have asked for the owner to call me but I am sure that message never made to him. More

Someone special About 11 years ago my daughter and I had the utmost pleasure of meeting a gentleman by the name of Leon Hughes. That meeting turned into a friendship that we have treasured. About a week ago I purchased a 2014 Dodge Durango with Leon's guidance, and what a wonderful experience it was. The best part of the entire experience is the fact that not only will you leave with a good vehicle at a good price, but most importantly it's the warmth and care that he puts into doing the deal, his big heart, and a lot of wisdom and teaching. This is my second purchase here, and It wasn't my intention to purchase another vehicle at this dealership, but having an individual such as Leon here that brings such warmth and his genuine self how would I not. They were ok. First off, my purchase was basically an online purchase. I had originally visited the dealership to look at the vehicle and didn't purchase it then b First off, my purchase was basically an online purchase. I had originally visited the dealership to look at the vehicle and didn't purchase it then because I was still looking around and I wasn't 100% sold on the car. I was treated well while I was there and did not feel pressured. I decided to make the purchase a few weeks later and emailed the salesperson I had met with on the visit. Kenny was helpful. I also dealt with Nate who was helpful. The price was good and what's great is they will deliver a vehicle for you for no extra charge within a certain distance and that was perfect for me since I was from another state. The vehicle was delivered quickly and the driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. Why did I only give 3 stars if everything seemed to be going okay? If you're buying a vehicle from this dealership that's only been on the lot for a few days to a few weeks then you'll probably get a nice clean vehicle. If the car has sat on the lot for some time though then it's going to be neglected. My car was delivered with the exterior in poor shape. They had obviously rinsed it off but that was about the extent of it. Since it was raining at time of delivery, I couldn't tell just how bad it was until a few days later when I was able to wash it myself. I found several dents that weren't visible until the car was cleaned. There was months worth of grime underneath the hood, trunk, in the door jams and beneath the spoiler. I've washed the car twice now and I'm still finding gunk. The paint is swirled badly from the few times I guess it was washed by hand and in dire need of a polish. This car was a new car that had sat on their lot for about 2 years that they hadn't managed to sell. I understand that with so many vehicles on the lot it's hard to keep them all showroom clean, but this seemed a bit excessive. The dealership wasn't bad to work with and I do appreciate the deal I was given and the fact that they delivered my car to me. Perhaps they told someone to get the car ready for delivery and that person just did a really poor job. Maybe they have some people that are suppose to go around making sure the cars are kept clean and instead they are just lounging around. I don't know. I would buy from this dealership again, but maybe I'd have to drive up and make sure everything was right before I took it off the lot. More
