Purchase I purchased a truck from this dealership in June of 2019- Preowned, my sales person was- well im not sure who it was because every time I called I tal I purchased a truck from this dealership in June of 2019- Preowned, my sales person was- well im not sure who it was because every time I called I talked to someone different, paperwork was sent promptly, and the vehicle was delivered on time, however the delivery driver was a jerk, then I contacted sometime later because it showed in THE PHOTOS on the website that there were TWO keys for the vehicle I only received one! I contacted the dealer and they had NO IDEA WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT AND COULDNT PULL MY FILE!!! very disappointed in you all KCDGR. DO NOT take a photo of two keys and then tell the customer oh there is only one and we cant look to see if we still have it or it got misplaced or better yet we will get you a check sent to cover the replacement cost! More

No dealership nearby could beat the deal I got! I live on Long Island New York. I went to 3 local dealers, and non of them had what I wanted or anything close. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. Everyone that spoke to was simply amazing from my first phone call though delivery of my truck. The fact that they delivered it 300 miles north, was huge!
