The rating is really a ZERO!!!! They have pictures of a car, but when you drive all the way there, it's not the same car. They told me that they used stock photos. What a big fat lie!!. They told me the car was "certified". But the brakes were almost down to nothing, the rims were all chipped up, and of course the lousy seats. It looked like someone had thrown a milkshake on the inside top of the car. It was all over the inside map lights and then all over the shift console. When I told them about it they just said we can take a look at it. Maybe they should have done that first when they were Pre-Certifying it. The salesman said he would negotiate a better price with the sales manager, but when he came over to talk with me he said there was nothing he could do. I wish I could give a 1/2 star. Ive purchased 2 cars from Kernersville Dodge and was working on my 3rd. I spoke with Fran over the phone about a 2019 RAM 1500. I drove up from Charlotte NC on a Monday and spoke with Daniel Valdes Carreto. The salesman. He and I worked out most of the details around financing the Truck. I went home and planned to return on Wed. I called Daniel and we played phone tag most of the day. I was trying to set an Appt with him to pick up the Truck but most of all pay a small deposit to hold the Truck because he was super busy. The 1st time I called he was away from his desk and couldn't take the deposit I called him again to make the deposit he didn't answer. He texted me to wait for his call because he was super busy. I called him a 3rd time because I wanted to get on the road. He texted me 2 1/2 hours later to tell me the truck was sold, not even a phone call. I called him and all he could say was he was super busy. He assured me he had the keys and I didn't have to worry. I already order a key fob, cover, under seat storage bin, bug guard, bed step and set aside time to have the front 2 windows tinted. If you value customer service or a company standing by its word. This may not be the dealership for you. I never spoke with any Manager. I have inquiries to my Credit but no Truck. I'm beyond disappointed. This was my Dream Truck and after a crazy year with my health and live issues that was my gift to myself. Heartbroken More
