The service overall was amazing! Daniel Valdes took care of us from the minute we stepped in to the minute we left!! His service was great, we were a little bit in hurry that day and wanted paperwork to get of us from the minute we stepped in to the minute we left!! Also, Brian Cruz from the financing department gave us a great deal and we've had a very nice conversation with him. Overall, it's been a great experience at this dealership at Kernersville. Very courteous, sweet disposition, absolutely no pressure when the vehicle I went to see was held with a deposit. Ilana E was my sales consultant and she hustled hard to get the job done, I went through several trucks to find the one I want and she just kept bringing them over for me to check out. Very nice and easy t get the job done, I went through several trucks to find the one I want and she just kept bringing them over for me to check out. Very nice and easy to work with. After the sale there were some pretty major issues with the truck, the dash and some trim had cosmetic issues and needed to be replaced. Pete P and his service team took great care of me and did an excellent job, been in the automotive field 45 years and I am not impressed easily and very picky, we still have a couple outstanding issues to get fixed but I have confidence that they will get my RAM "perfect" . For me it's not about having problems it's about how the dealer and manufacturer handle those problems, Kernersville CDJR and RAM are the team to go with. More

Great news, there is no coronavirus at this dealership, neither customers nor shoppers had masks on. Well, except for one sales guy. Aside from my joy to have discovered this coronavirus-less heaven, I ha neither customers nor shoppers had masks on. Well, except for one sales guy. Aside from my joy to have discovered this coronavirus-less heaven, I had driven here from Raleigh, about 1:40 hours, after I talked to Gary (internet sales) talked about a trade, and applied for the loan. When I discovered they won’t deliver the car to me until next week, I took the trip, and boy am I glad. The used BMW X1, was advertised to be certified pre-owned. That apparently turned out to be a mistake, and the manager apologized. But the car also had damage on the read side, and missing 3 interior trim pieces. For all this, the manager offered $300 off. An insult, I left, Gary should have reported the correct condition of the car. The car was in the back of the lot, and the doors won’t even open, from sitting for so long. I called a few times about this car, and made an appointment to see it. Yet it remained in the back of the lot, dirty, abused and not in presentable condition. I would not recommend this dealership to any living soul. More
