I found this dealer online and saw a vehicle that they had that I was very interested in for year’s now so I reached out to them inquiring about it. They answered most of my questions in the beginning but had that I was very interested in for year’s now so I reached out to them inquiring about it. They answered most of my questions in the beginning but when then I applied for the vehicle they came back and said the bank wouldn’t finance me because the mileage and year of the vehicle. Mind you the vehicle was only $16,000 it’s not like I was applying for a $50,000 car. After that situation I just said don’t even bother sending me messages or reach out to me. They were trying to sell me these busted xxx suv and pick trucks that were even worst and older. SMH I decided to go to a different dealership and just buy a brand new vehicle with better service. This was our second trip to Kernersville Dodge. This time was to get the recalls done on my Big Horn Ram which I purchased from this dealership. Immediately a salesman named Frankie Peralta jumped up from his desk and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle choices. He walked with us through the parking lot, shared options and prices. Then we looked at other vehicles on their website that were across the street. The final decision was made, and my wife bought her a 2020 Jeep and loved the experience and the drive home. Great place to go if you're looking for a new ride.
