This was by far the ABSOLUTE BEST buying experience in our lives. We found a truck online and Kaylin called us about it. We knew that we didn't want to purchase that truck but decided to go to the dealership which was an hour away from my house because I appreciated the honesty of her sending pictures even though they were not perfect. When we got to the dealership we met Jim Coker our salesman. He was AMAZING. I hate pressure sales and there was not pressure what so ever. We looked at a lot of used trucks and Jim was so patient with us. We didn't find any that we liked and decided to look at new trucks. Jim helped us to find the options that we wanted and found 4 trucks for us to look at. He also made sure that we got top dollar for my trade in. We purchased a brand new 2022 Dodge Ram at 0 % interest for 72 months. This was our best option a used truck would have been close in price but the interest would have been 3.95%. So our best value was to purchase a new one especially with 0 % interest. I could go on and on about how amazing this transaction was. Jim had the patience of a saint and let us decide by process of elimination what we actually wanted. Trust me when I tell you we were there all day looking at different trucks. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and Jim and Kaylin. I can not thank them enough for an amazing experience and no pressure at all. We have all been in a dealership that says oh you need to speak to my manager or let me get my manager. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THOSE DEALERSHIPS! Also, their selection of vehicles is the best by far they had tons of vehicles while other dealerships dont. When we are in need of another vehicle we know where our first and last stop will be. As I said this was the best buying experience of our lifes. Love the no pressure sales. Also Don Trexler the finance director was extremely helpful and paitent and very knowledgeable in explaining all of the warranty and protection options available and again absolutely no pressure with this part of the sale either. More

I am probably one of the most persnickety individuals to rate, review or use my name and reputation to attach to something like a motor vehicle, dealership. However, there are legitimate exceptions. A trusted friend Baylor Lance at KTD Tires directed me to his longtime family friend, Charlie. Let me just write his name out: Charlie Johnston, Kernersville Dodge. Why? Because if you are in the market for a new vehicle, you really have to understand that in that business there's a lot of stress and trickery behind the scenes of many automobile dealerships. Sad but true. At Kernersville Dodge, the script is completely flipped. Having owned Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Lexus, Toyota, Honda, even back to the days of AMC (telling my age), I've got about 43 years of experience purchasing a myriad of cars, trucks and motorcycles. During those years I've experienced many levels of professionalism, good to the not so good. Charlie Johnston was unequivocally the BEST sales guide through the entire experience. I sat down with Charlie to discern what my needs and wants matched the type of rig I needed to pull a new 46ft RV. Charlie then, switching gears showed me what he had available, stress-free and professionally. We searched the lots driving many vehicles, comparing one with another. Charlie knew what I needed and helped me narrow down the choices like butter. Finally, (and this is important) Johnston completed the deal for me without the normal back & forth many dealers input into the sales process. That did NOT happen with me. After discussing financing in a very conversational and casual way, he got up from his desk, talked with his finance people and came back with a deal. He handed me the keys with ZERO anxiety and a deal that I was more than happy to accept. AMAZING JOB Charlie! But the story doesn't just stop there. EVERY PERSON at that dealership that I came in contact with before and after the sale gave me the most personal, professional and genuine handling from the financial officer, the cashier, even a new friend Paul in the parts department. I have never left a dealership after purchasing a nearly $90,000.00 vehicle as happy as I did last week. I have to add the way the dealership is laid out, the processes, the people you interface it's all so smooth and well-thought. Of special note is Eddie in Finance. At the end of the deal when you’re signing away, you could not ask for a more knowledgeable, professional and patient gentleman. To be candid, I am nearly flabbergasted at the ease and wonderful experience I had purchasing my 2022 Dodge Ram 3500 Longhorn Limited Edition. This is my first Dodge and I never expected to feel the way I do. Whoever is managing Kernersville Dodge get's FIVE Stars in my book. KUDOS and UBER well-done! More
