I am writing this review based on post sale conversation about a gap and warranty refund. I needed help processing a refund request for gap and warranty on a vehicle purchased from Kernersville Jeep. I called and left serval messages in early March asking for a call be to help me with the refund. Received NO CALL back after leaving several messages. I was finally able to get connected to a Don Trexler, finance director. He stated he was sorry and I emailed the information as instructed and was told I could expect my refund in 6ish weeks. So flash forward 8 weeks and still no refund check in hand. I text Don inquiring about my refund. He proceeds to ask me questions he should already know because of the information emailed to him 8 weeks ago. Like what vehicle and how many miles. After talking with Don, and voicing my frustration it was evident that my refund still wasn't processed. I am very frustrated at this point and ask for an update by 5pm. I get a call and it is evident that they haven't processed my refund. Don will not directly answer any questions and talks around the issue and finally hands me to Samantha Hedgecock. She is just as poor in handling a customer complaint and proceeds to tell me they are doing me a favor my getting me my refund next week ahead of the timeframe that is the standard. Keep in my that I started my request over 90 days ago and they still hadn't processed my refund on 5/12/2022 and the first request to start the process was around March 10, 2022. Car availability and service at time of sales was very good. This interaction has completely changed my satisfaction level with the dealership. They earned a 1 only because I had to select something. Don and Samantha were two of the worst associates that I have dealt with ever in my history of buying cars. HANDS DOWN. More
The service department is too expensive! I was there on Tuesday to have my window and digital display repaired and the window was 385 dollars and the radio was 1000 dollars. That is UNBELIEVABLE that a broken window button would cost that much and the repairs for the radio are more than my car payment itself. I thought I had a lifetime warranty on the vehicle only to find out at the dealership service department that I only had a extended warranty. So I was mislead or down right lied to about a warranty contract that I never even signed! Now I am left with costly repairs for the radio to be replaced and some upholstery repairs that I haven't even mentioned in this review. Securely, Very upset and angry customer! More

I had a great experience here. Brianna was super helpful over email when I inquired about a specific car. I set up my appointment through her and met Daniel when I arrived.
