The service center is terrible! I took my jeep in twice under warranty had to rent a car while they “replaced the oil pump” and “changed the oil” then my check engine light comes on I took my jeep in twice under warranty had to rent a car while they “replaced the oil pump” and “changed the oil” then my check engine light comes on I read the code and it says low oil pressure. I then check and the dipstick is dry so I have my ase certified mechanic pull the plug and only two quarts of oil comes out of my jeep! Don’t EVER take a vehicle to them for service! They replaced an oil pump left a dirty filter in and then put a sticker in the windshield saying they changed the oil. Now I’m inconvenienced to have to have my jeep looked at because their mechanics screwed up. More
Contacted Cheyenne Turnage early morning regarding ordering a 2023 Hellcat Redeye Jailbreak that were released an hour prior. I was told she would get back to me. I ended up having to call the dealership later that afternoon in fear they would sale out of the allocations. I put a deposit down on the car once she sent the invoice and was told if I was uncertain if I would like the color I could pay another deposit on another allocation and pick the one I want when they come in then just roll the deposit on the other car into the down payment of the car I choose. That told me they had more than one allocation left. I place my deposit on one so as not to tie up someone else chance to get a car. I got a call today 5 days after I placed the deposit that the sales managers friend got the last allocation and I no longer had one. To me sounds like she did not try to put my order in either yesterday or today and someone took my allocation first. This is garbage. Now I can not find another allocation anywhere. Do not do business here. They are not looking out for you just themselves More

I could have take it to the Jeep dealership in Greensboro for 59.99 that’s what they charge. They are rude when you try to talk to them and this is not the first time. Never will my vehicle go back. Had a 10am appointment on Tuesday August 30 2022. Arrived on time. I was there for a 30,000 mile service on transmission which is drain and replace fluid. I also was within 60 miles of my 3yr 36000 Arrived on time. I was there for a 30,000 mile service on transmission which is drain and replace fluid. I also was within 60 miles of my 3yr 36000 bumper to bumper warranty going out. The service writer told me the pan had to be dropped to drain fluid I should change filter as well as fluids and also that I needed to service the reared and transfer case along with air filter and cabin air filter. I also told him I live 2hrs away and I would be waiting on my vehicle. While waiting I got on the internet and researched the service interval and I was right it is fluid only at 30,000 miles and the transmission does indeed have a drain plug. Also the transfer case and rear end is to be checked at 30,000 miles not changed. at 1120 I go outside and look to see if they had started on my truck and thankfully my truck was still sitting outside and they had not started on it, but you would think since I had an appointment for 10am and was waiting on it. I immediately told the service writer to bring me my truck, If they don't have enough since to know the service interval or whether there is a drain plug then I don't want them anywhere near my truck, would not recommend this place for service. Cant speak for sales because I have not purchased a vehicle here. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. More
BUYERS BEWARE: Drove 4 1/2 hours to purchase a used suv they had for sale. Since I was driving so far I asked for everything to be inspected so I would know what to expect since I didn’t want to waste my t they had for sale. Upon arriving I noticed there was a blind spot sensor light that lit up when I cranked the car. This was never disclosed. I decided I wasn’t going to let that be the deciding factor in me buying the car but was ticked that was NEVER once mentioned. Not only did I not ever see the person I had been in contact back in forth with over the car- the info she took like my insurance and address, etc, wasn’t even correct on the paperwork. On my 4 1/2 hour drive home the check engine light came on. I immediately called my mechanic at home and took the car over - he hooked it up and said it was an oxygen sensor. I emailed the dealership and told them I what was going on. After several attempts the used car manager called me back with an attitude. His exact words were “ Ma’am I’m not exactly sure what you want me to do…you bought a used car.” He said he would split the cost for the part but not the labor since he could do it at his dealership for free. My response was well I’m not driving back 4 1/2 hours to have it fixed by you not to mention I don’t trust them to fix it. I have actually bought several used cars in my life and never have I been treated like this. This dealership doesn’t stand behind what they sell. More
